WhatsApp is the way to reach us. You can send a message at a time that suits you, and we reply there.
You do not need to prepare anything formal. A few plain sentences about the situation are enough to begin.
What to put in your first message
Three things help us reply well. Tell us who the patient is and what they are dealing with.
Tell us where in Kedah they are, down to the town. And tell us what happened, such as a stroke, a fall, or a recent surgery.
With that, we can explain what we would suggest and what a visit would involve.
There is no clinic to visit
We are a home-visit service, so there is no clinic to come to. We travel to the person instead.
We cover mainland Kedah, including the areas around Alor Setar, Sungai Petani and Kulim. If you are not sure your town is covered, just ask.
We will confirm honestly whether a visit fits.
