Recovery that comes home to you

When getting to a clinic is the hard part, a physiotherapist comes to your home in Kedah.

How a home visit works

  1. You message us

Tell us what happened and where you are in Kedah. We listen first and explain honestly whether home physiotherapy fits.

  2. A physiotherapist visits

A registered physiotherapist assesses the person at home, in the space where they actually move each day.

  3. A plan you can follow

You get a clear plan for the goals that matter most, at a pace the person can manage.

  4. The family is taught too

We show the caregiver how to help safely between visits, so progress continues when we are not there.

Why home care makes sense in Kedah

Mainland Kedah is spread out. For a frail parent or a stroke survivor, the trip to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah in Alor Setar or Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim in Sungai Petani is often the hardest part of the day.

Treating someone at home means working in the real setting: the bed they get out of, the step at the front door, the bathroom they need to reach safely.

It also means the family is in the room. The people who help every day learn what to do, so the person keeps improving between visits.

Who we serve best

Families of stroke survivors

Just discharged and unsure where to start. We explain what recovery can realistically look like and begin the work at home.

Older parents losing strength

Falls, weakness, or losing the confidence to walk. We work on balance and daily movement, gently and at their pace.

Patients recovering from surgery

After a knee, hip or fracture operation, when getting to a clinic is painful. We guide safe, supervised recovery at home.
